Anwar Khan is a quality management professional qualified in conducting executive leadership coaching, auditing, and training as a certified examiner for Baldrige Quality Excellence Award and as a certified coach, trainer, teacher and speaker with The John Maxwell Team. 
 
With a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Anwar has 20+ years of experience in conducting analytical research, implementing and continuously improving the Quality Management Systems and processes to ensure efficiency. He is specialized in auditing with multiple certificates for carious management systems.

Arishaa Khan holds an MPA-DP from Columbia Unviersity and is a distinguished leader with experience leading international development projects, complex analysis of global development platforms, management of humanitarian projects, and spearheading, developing, and managing multi-donor proposals and high-priority partnerships and projects. 

She thrives in strategic and creative team settings with proven track record of establishing innovative approaches to organizational design as well as  collaborating with partners, and senior leadership to improve process strategies to optimize workflow.

Mariyam Khan is a human resource professional who went to Indiana University with more than 13 years of active engagement with multi-national companies in sectors including government contracting, technology, supply chain management, and research and development industries, as well as PHR Certified.
 
Mariyam has a proven track record of improving HR systems within both small and large-sized organizations, including implementing HR structures, establishing new company-wide benefit and compensation systems, HRIS implementation, employee advocacy, conflict resolution, and talent assessment, sourcing, and retention. 
 
With vast experiences ranging from hire to retire HR management, Mariyam is equipped to lead organizations through every stage of the lifecycle.

Eracleo Vallejo holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through ASQ. His experience in optimizing organizational performance through quality management has allowed him to cut cost and improve efficiency in many projects within the supply chain management industry.  

Eracleo’s acheivements include managing a cross functional team of 84 supply chain managers, 4 US and 2 Mexican based Account Logistics mangers. Created process maps and workflows for Volkswagen, Nidec and Magna Powertrain. He has established KPIs and cut cost in different areas of operation throughout his career. 

Eracleo’s passion for customer service and innovative leadership abilities have allowed him to successfully meet company goals and help the bottom line by recruiting and successfully managing teams and implementing strong processes.

Tanvir is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications, e-commerce, ride-sharing, and service-tech industries. He has a diverse background that encompasses business operations, customer service, human resources, partner development, training and knowledge management, strategy and implementation and corporate communication. In addition to his corporate experience, Tanvir has also worked as a researcher for esteemed development organizations such as BRAC and Plan International Bangladesh.

Among his greatest professional accomplishments, heading different departments, Tanvir has successfully overseen and contributed to the growth and expansion of start-ups including Pathao, Sheba, and Evaly; and has been a part of the historic merger of two major telecommunications companies in Bangladesh, Robi and Airtel. Throughout his career, he has also trained over 5,000 professionals, further showcasing his expertise and commitment to professional development.

Our Advisors

Aquil Ahmed, ASA, EA, MAAA, FCA

Aquil Ahmed began his actuarial career with Mercer in 1983, a world-renowned Human resource Consulting firm and retired as Partner in 2009. During his 26 years of service at Mercer, he worked in various capacities including the delivering of all aspects of actuarial services relating to defined benefits and defined contributions. He was also U.S. leader for professional affairs for Mercer and head of the compliance department for retirement business at Mercer. Mr. Ahmed was also part of “Actuarial Resource Network”, a national team of selected high level top technical actuaries who provided guidance to all Mercer staff on actuarial technical issues. His clients included corporate clients such as Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, educational institutions, and other not-for-profit organizations. 

In 2010, Aquil Ahmed started Actuarial Retirement Services, LLC, (ARS) as an independent HR consulting firm located in Fairfax. ARS has a number of highly technical senior staff and provides creative solutions to defined benefit and defined contribution plan sponsors. He also assists clients in various compliance issues faced by HR such as enterprise risk management, conflict of interests, data privacy and security, diversity and handling of sexual harassment (Title IX Management) cases.

Mr. Ahmed has a Master‘s degree in Statistics. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA), also serving on the Board of the CCA, a member of the Professionalism Committee and Vice President of Continuing Education at CCA.Mr. Ahmed has contributed to several retirement related articles.  He jointly wrote a booklet for the AARP on “Benefit Portability”.  He also contributed to the actuarial calculations for a book “Retirement Planning for Working Women”. He has spoken in many seminars arranged by the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, the Society of Actuaries, and other organizations.

Ahmer Khan

Ahmer has been an options trader since 2004 when he completed a formal options training course. Since then, Ahmer has built his comprehensive experience by trading through bull and bear markets including the Great Recession, the boom years of the past decade, and the turbulence of the 2020 global pandemic. From this experience, Ahmer has created his own options training seminar that is designed to take new traders from 0 to 1. In addition to teaching the fundamentals, Ahmer spends a lot of time in ensuring clients understand the importance of account management and treating the trading as a business to help increase the probability of long term success.

When not trading, Ahmer is a Product Manager in the technology industry with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo.
